Why I’m running
Every day, I meet families who are working hard, doing everything right, and still wondering how they’ll afford tomorrow.
I’ve heard their concerns about rising costs, healthcare, public schools, housing, and the future they’re building for their children.
Those conversations have reinforced what I’ve always believed: Every family deserves the opportunity to build resilience and to thrive.
That’s why I’m running.
Leadership Through Service
As a husband and a father, I understand what’s at stake for Georgia families because I’m living it too. I believe every family deserves the opportunity not just to get by, but to build resilience and create a brighter future for the next generation.
That’s why I believe leadership begins with service. The people closest to a problem are often closest to the solution, and it’s my responsibility to listen, bring people together, and help turn those ideas into action. That’s the leadership I’ll bring to House District 46.
Dumont’s vision begins with a simple truth: every family deserves the opportunity to build resilience
Helping Families Build Resilience
My number one priority under the Gold Dome is lowering the cost of living for working families. That includes advancing policies that support a livable wage and expanding access to attainable housing. Families are working more and more while earning less and less. We must ensure that economic growth translates to real stability. Every family in District 46 deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Helping families get ahead instead of falling behind
Every Georgian deserves access to quality, affordable health care. Too many families are experiencing the pain of skyrocketing premiums. I’ll fight to lower insurance premiums by expanding Medicaid. I’ll take steps to reduce prescription drug costs by eliminating unnecessary red tape and increasing pricing transparency. Access to affordable healthcare is essential for the well-being of our families and the strength of our workforce.
Keeping families healthy and financially secure
Our focus has to be on what really matters improving literacy, fully funding our public schools, modernizing our school funding formula, and increasing pay for our teachers. I will fight to expand early learning programs for three and four-year-olds, helping ease the cost of childcare of working families.
Preparing the next generation
