Join us to knock on doors in House District 46
Help us reach voters across HD46. Canvassing runs from 10 am to 12 pm.
Plan to arrive at 9:30 am so we can get you set up before we head out. We will hand out literature, walk through the MiniVAN app, and get everyone organized into routes. If you have never used MiniVAN before, do not worry. We will train you on the spot. It is simple, and you will be ready to go in a few minutes.
Where to meet: The parking lot at Mzizi Coffee 2995 Johnson Ferry Rd #220, Marietta, GA 30062. Look for the campaign signs.
What to bring: A charged phone, comfortable shoes, and water. We will provide everything else.
No experience needed. Knocking on doors is the most effective way to talk to voters, and it is a great way to meet neighbors who care about the same things you do. Bring a friend if you can.
Townhall Woodstock
Community Town Hall with Dumont Walker & Danielle Bell
Join Democratic candidates Dumont Walker, candidate for Georgia House District 46, and Danielle Bell, candidate for Georgia House District 45, for an evening of conversation at the Woodstock Public Library on Thursday, August 20.
This town hall is an opportunity to meet Dumont and Danielle, ask questions, share your concerns, and talk about the issues that matter most to you and your family. Whether you're concerned about the cost of living, public education, healthcare, transportation, or simply want to learn more about the future of our community, your voice is welcome.
We want this to be a respectful, welcoming space where neighbors can come together to listen, learn, and engage in thoughtful conversation. No political theater, just an honest discussion about the challenges our communities face, what you're hearing and experiencing, and the solutions we can build together.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of political affiliation. We hope you'll join us, bring your questions, and be part of the conversation.
This event is not sponsored by the library.

Postcard & Chat Party hosted by Indivisible Cherokee United
Grab a pen and join your neighbors for a postcard and chat party supporting Dumont Walker, candidate for State House District 46, hosted by Indivisible Cherokee United!
We’ll spend the evening writing postcards to voters, getting to know each other, and putting people power on paper. Dumont is a husband, a dad, and a neighbor running to lower costs, expand access to affordable healthcare, and fully fund our public schools. Getting him elected starts with nights like this one.
No experience needed. If you can write a kind note to a neighbor, you can do this. Come for the whole evening or just the part that works for you.
What to know:
• Friday, August 14, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
• Hosted at a private home in Woodstock
• The exact address is shared the day-prior through email
• Postcards, pens, and supplies provided.
